I ordered eTickets but do not have access to a printer. What will I need to do to ensure admission to an event?
No worries. There are two (2) ways to handle this:
- If you have a smartphone, simply save the eTicket to your smartphone and show the ticket(s) at the door.
- The person who purchased the tickets can bring a photo ID to the door on the day of the event. We keep every purchase on file and can verify the purchase via a photo ID.
